At Amazon, I've led EU-wide internal mobility and workforce planning programmes across seven countries, covering operational sites, new launches, and system implementations.

I've built governance frameworks, managed portfolio risks and dependencies, and reported delivery performance, planning assumptions, and KPIs to Director and VP stakeholders. I adapt delivery between stage-gated governance for compliance-heavy work and Scrum for evolving platform and process initiatives.

As an AI SME, I delivered AWS Bedrock automation for agency call quality checks, saving hundreds of hours annually, and built AWS infrastructure supporting automated data pipelines, self-service reporting, and near real-time programme visibility. I've also delivered multi-million-pound savings through internal transfer and direct-hiring programmes, while reducing contract turnaround from seven days to four and reissuance time from six days to 24 hours.

I've progressed through five Amazon roles over 10+ years, from Senior HR Assistant to Senior Program Manager, and have led teams across the UK, Italy, and Poland. I bring experience across workforce planning, internal mobility, talent acquisition, HR operations, change delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership.
