What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a dynamic organization where I can lead HR operations—recruitment, performance, and employee relations—while applying my GIS skills in spatial analysis, mapping, and data quality to support projects and drive results.

I’m a motivated HR Manager and GIS professional with an MPhil GIS background and hands-on experience blending people operations with spatial thinking. I’m driven by dedication, efficiency, and the belief that great communication and leadership create the right work environment.

Over 5 years, I manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping. I develop and implement HR policies, coordinate payroll, and handle attendance and leave management while resolving employee issues effectively.

In parallel, I’ve built GIS-based solutions and strengthened geospatial analysis through roles as a GIS Developer and GIS Analyst. I developed and managed GIS-based applications and spatial databases, performed spatial analysis, mapping, and data visualization, and worked with satellite imagery and geospatial datasets.

I’m also careful about quality—supporting GIS research, reporting, and data quality assurance—and I collaborate to deliver project milestones on time. With strong academic performance (MPhil GIS CGPA 3.51; Bachelor’s CGPA 3.50), I bring a research-informed, detail-focused approach to every project.
