I am a dedicated and committed individual with around 2 years of experience in human resource management. I am motivated, adaptable, and encouraged to learn new things. Throughout my studies, I constantly sensed a void in my knowledge and was ready to put what I had learned into practice. Human Resource Management gave me a chance to connect with people and expand my decision-making abilities and skills.

As a human resource executive, I have honed my skills in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, leave management, and payroll management. I am proficient in performing day-to-day tasks, creating HR SOPs & policies, and handling employee data. I am a proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to solve problems.
