What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can support and onboard learners or customers, resolve issues across digital channels, and use consultative communication to help people choose the right solution.

I've supported prospective and enrolled students at The Cloud Bootcamp, a global technology education company, through phone, email, Slack, and online channels.

I resolve questions about courses, enrollment, platform access, payments, and technical issues. I also lead consultative sales conversations, identify learner needs, recommend course options, and close enrollments.

At Valencia College, I guided prospective and new international students through applications, enrollment, housing, campus resources, and cultural adjustment. As Secretary of the Valencia International Club, I coordinated cultural events and volunteers while maintaining board records and onboarding members.

I've also volunteered as an English Teaching Assistant at Legacy Kids Bilingual School, supporting classroom routines, small-group activities, and an inclusive environment for English practice.
