Alongside fraud work, I’ve built strong leadership and revenue experience as a Store Manager at Extra Space Storage, managing daily operations, converting inbound leads into rentals, and maintaining customer relationships through fast, high-quality issue resolution. Previously, I supported store sales operations as a part-time Sales Associate at Kids Foot Locker, focusing on product recommendations and customer experience.
