What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead community-centered programs with equity and trauma-informed care, partner with municipalities and families, and use data to improve outcomes—while growing my leadership in early childhood and behavioral support.

I’m a dynamic, highly organized community-focused professional with a proven record of leading programs, managing teams, and coordinating resources to support diverse families. In my current Family Development Professional role, I lead comprehensive HeadStart and Early HeadStart programming for 12 families, develop weekly learning activities, and organize monthly educational trips aligned to what children and parents are engaging with.

I bring strong partnership and execution skills—collaborating with municipal agencies and nonprofit partners to connect families to resources, housing support guidance, and grant application assistance (WIC, CORE), while ensuring safety compliance and operational efficiency. My experience also includes supervising care delivery and individualized learning plans as an ABA Therapist (RBT), designing trauma-informed curricula for students with behavioral and emotional needs, and responding to emergencies with calm crisis management and clear communication.
