What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to lead educational programs, foster community engagement, and promote equitable practices in early childhood education.

With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, I have dedicated my career to supporting families and children from diverse and at-risk backgrounds. My journey began with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Child and Family Studies, followed by an M.S. in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy. I have honed my skills in various roles, from teaching to supervisory positions, always focusing on intentional communication and collaboration.

Currently, I serve as an Education Site Manager for Berkshire County Headstart, where I oversee classroom instruction and coach teaching staff to enhance their skills and career growth. My previous role as an Education Supervisor involved planning and managing educational services for two Headstart centers, where I facilitated interdisciplinary team meetings and mentored staff to foster a supportive community. I am passionate about racial equity and have actively participated in workgroups to promote inclusivity within educational settings.
