I've spent 20+ years leading behavioral, educational, and family-centered programs across school, clinical, and community settings. At Caillier Clinic, I partner with county social workers and interdisciplinary teams to support child safety, permanency, and family stabilization.
I've designed programs for students with unique needs, coached caregivers in behavior and co-regulation strategies, and trained school staff on PBIS, Tier II interventions, and NCVI practices.
