What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead community-based program operations where compliance, quality assurance, and partnership-building directly support health equity. I want to use my expertise in social determinants of health, trauma-informed practices, and evaluation to drive sustainable outcomes for families.

I’m a community health and program operations professional with over 10 years of experience leading youth development, early childhood, and community-based programs serving diverse families. I bring expertise in regulatory compliance, program operations, licensing oversight, grant reporting, and cross-sector partnerships, and I’m currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Community Health focused on social determinants of health, health equity, and community engagement.

In my current role, I oversee operations serving 150+ youth and families daily across school-based and community settings, manage compliance reporting and audits aligned with DYCD standards, and strengthen partnerships with DOE leadership, healthcare providers, and community organizations. I also lead risk management and quality improvement systems, oversee budgets and enrollment systems, and use program evaluation metrics to support sustainable, trauma-informed family engagement.
