Gabrielle M

I am an education and nonprofit professional with a track record of designing curriculum, leading teams, and improving operational processes. I have led quality control projects, trained staff and canvassers, and implemented classroom systems to meet regulatory standards.

I founded and ran a Montessori-based childcare program, successfully self-funding and operating the business while supporting caregivers of neurodivergent children. I also developed and facilitated mindfulness and stress-reduction workshops for teachers and students, and supported grant and funding initiatives for nonprofits.

I bring hands-on program management, staff training, and community organizing experience, with certifications in Montessori education, TEFL, SEL, and First Aid/CPR/AED. I am committed to mission-driven work that blends education, wellbeing, and effective operations.
