I'm looking to apply my curriculum development, staff training, needs assessment, and data-driven program improvement experience in a learning-focused role.

I've built onboarding curriculum at The Goddard School aligned to DCDEE and QA compliance standards, helping maintain zero compliance incidents during staffing transitions. I also coach peer educators on AI integration and new learning tools.
