Founded, developed, and managed a Homeschool Co-op. Oversee biblical-based groups for teenagers, children, and toddlers, and provide family counseling, parenting classes, couples groups, teacher training, and referrals to social services.

Provided DIR/Floortime treatment for children and teenagers on the autism spectrum. Prepared reports, progress notes, and videos for the clinical team and participated in weekly meetings to ensure consistency of service.

Coordinated mental health service partnerships with CCRC Head Start, UCLA Early Head Start, Chrysalis, DCFS, and VOALA to increase availability of mental health services. Maintained contracts, created forms, and developed procedures for efficient reporting of services provided.

Oversaw quality of service provided by 8 home-visitors in an Early Head Start Program of 60 families. Developed policy, procedures, and documentation reflective of Head Start Performance Standards and assured timely referrals for health, mental health, disabilities, and nutrition services.

Oversaw implementation of Adaptive Skills Training for nearly 1000 children with disabilities. Shaped and prompted skills to support social fluency, assessed children, developed progress reports, and recommended intervention programs to local regional centers.

Implemented Discrete Trial Training in home behavior intervention for 26 clients and their families. Collected data on child progress and mastered programs to report to the intervention team and participated in meetings with clinical team and family members.
