What I'm looking for

I am seeking a remote position that allows me to utilize my communication skills and customer support expertise while contributing to a positive team environment.

I am a dedicated customer service agent with a Bachelor’s degree in English Studies and over a year of experience in delivering exceptional support. My fluency in English, Arabic, and French allows me to communicate effectively with diverse clientele, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved promptly. I have a strong commitment to client satisfaction and have trained new staff on customer service protocols and best practices.

In addition to my customer service experience, I have been working as a freelance English and Arabic teacher since January 2020. I prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of Baccalaureate students, tracking their progress and providing constructive feedback. My passion for teaching and my ability to develop effective lesson plans have contributed to my success in fostering student engagement and learning.
