At Wooting, I processed the end-to-end execution of key China projects, including the e-store launch and invoicing implementation. I conducted market and compliance research and helped resolve blockers for the China e-store launch and local invoicing process.

At Specialistech Limited, I executed cross-functional projects with business and technical teams, coordinating tasks and tracking progress through execution. I also identified operational inefficiencies through customer cases and daily workflows, working with internal teams on process improvements.

At Ontheway Theatre Company, I co-founded and directed a theatre company, coordinating a core team of 10 and up to 30 cast and crew members across productions. I managed end-to-end project execution for performances, school collaborations, staged readings, and workshops.
