My career has spanned various roles in marketing, sales, and customer support, where I have honed my skills in digital marketing, customer relationship management, and team coordination.

Currently, I serve as a Claim Reviewer and Customer Support representative at Forma, where I review claim submissions and provide support through internal tickets. My previous experience includes working as a Marketing Coordinator and Administration Assistant at Le Comptoir de Formose, where I was responsible for creating and maintaining the company website, managing customer inquiries, and supervising marketing activities across Taiwan, China, and the USA. I have also participated in various exhibitions, showcasing my ability to engage with customers and promote products effectively.
