I've built 0→1 fintech, CBDC, loyalty, and marketplace products at Xaults for State Bank of India Payments, Bank of Baroda, and UAE clients. My work spans product vision, discovery, user journeys, incentive logic, technical specifications, prototyping, testing, and market readiness.
For State Bank of India, I designed B2B and B2C loyalty platforms, including CBDC-based monetary reward models and new YONO SBI Merchant App flows accepted by stakeholders. For Bank of Baroda, I owned testing and QA for Xaults' first live product and an industry-first B2C loyalty deployment in India.
I also architected a restaurant invoice-financing marketplace for the UAE, aligning financiers, restaurant owners, legal and compliance teams, and client stakeholders through delivery.
I've helped Xaults secure USD $94,000 through the Karnataka ELEVATE grant and RBI HaRBInger 2024, where our anonymous CBDC solution won its category against 534 global submissions. Earlier, at Nuvama Wealth Management, I led a learning-platform migration that affected 1,100 employees.
