In my current role as an IT Support Technician at Directcore Technologies, I provide technical support to end-users, upgrade network infrastructure, and conduct regular system backups to ensure data integrity. Previously, as a Network Engineer at Naya Solutions, I designed and deployed scalable network solutions, significantly reducing network downtime and enhancing overall efficiency. My experience also includes an internship where I honed my skills in hardware and software repair, data entry, and system configuration.
