My hands-on background includes Cisco, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, satellite systems, VPNs, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and virtualization across mixed Windows and Linux environments. I actively use monitoring and analytics tools to detect anomalies and drive proactive interventions that safeguard uptime.
