I am an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative with a strong commitment to creating positive customer experiences. My journey began at the Federal University of Technology in Owerri, Nigeria, where I earned my B.Tech in Information Management Technology. Since then, I have honed my skills in customer service, focusing on effective communication and problem-solving to meet customer needs.

Currently, I work at Vledirtech, where I maintain customer satisfaction through forward-thinking strategies. My previous role at Lucy Uc Inc. allowed me to develop my skills further, as I provided primary customer support and processed exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction. I take pride in my ability to listen to customers and address their concerns promptly, contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Beyond my professional experience, I have actively volunteered as the President of the Leadership and Integrity Club, guiding over 100 teenagers in discovering their purpose and building self-confidence. My passion for helping others extends to my work with FOLCODE, where I coordinated efforts to support widows in rural areas. I am dedicated to making a positive impact in my community and beyond.
