I’m supporting client communication for real-time drilling operations as an MWD Specialist with Weatherford International, translating petrophysical formation tops and time vs depth log analysis into clear virtual updates. I organize rig equipment mobilization with the logistics team and run virtual meetings with the client and rig manager for tool service deliveries.

Before that, I handled customer support for Texas Tech ATLC through sensitive, critical email and Teams/Zoom-style communication, and I ran time studies to improve resource allocation. Earlier, I supported students as an Administrative Assistant at Texas Tech West Village, managing email correspondence, directing students to school resources, and coordinating internal communication.
