I am a results-driven sales and relationship management professional with over 28 years of experience across insurance, FMCG, and multinational sectors. I have a long track record of driving revenue growth, managing large client portfolios, and consistently exceeding challenging sales targets.

My early career included client relationship management and advanced financial needs analysis for complex life and investment solutions, where I managed portfolios of 100+ customers and grew recurring premium income. From 1997 to 2013 I ran a self-employed Umrah services consultancy, independently coordinating client travel services, vendors, and documentation while operating on a profit-and-commission model.

In 2014 I transitioned into academia as a visiting lecturer in business administration and management sciences, supervising independent studies and bringing practical industry insight into the classroom. More recently, I served as Relationship Manager at a national industry association, where I managed key corporate and regulatory relationships, planned industry events, and increased member engagement and media presence.

I am committed to leveraging my deep client-facing, event management, and stakeholder engagement experience to transition into the services industry, where I can apply relationship management, revenue-generation expertise, and strategic client solutions to drive organizational impact.
