I am a banking professional with over five years of experience across customer-facing and operational roles at the National Bank of Pakistan, focused on relationship management, retail operations and cash handling. I combine strong financial knowledge with regulatory awareness to support accurate, compliant service delivery.

As a Relationship Manager since May 2020, I have managed client relationships, driven service excellence and supported risk management and financial analysis initiatives. Previously I served as Regional Retail Officer and Cashier, developing operational discipline and deep familiarity with branch processes and customer needs.

I hold an MBA (2021) from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, and bring proficiency in MS Office, accounting software and team building.
