I'm looking to lead product strategy and AI-powered growth initiatives for SaaS or digital platforms, building 0→1 products, improving user engagement, and scaling revenue with cross-functional teams.

I've led 0→1 marketplace, CRM, and chat products at Lobb Logistics, analyzing 100K+ marketplace interactions and fixing 60% of demand–supply leakage. I also built a matchmaking engine that cut match time from 20 minutes to 7 minutes and launched calling and chat workflows that improved daily revenue output by 28%.

At Shiprocket, I scaled Engage 360 from ₹80L to ₹2.8 Cr in MRR over two years. I launched AI-powered cart recovery and personalized discounts delivering 16x ROAS and ₹1Cr+ additional revenue, alongside monetization, pricing, onboarding, chatbot, and catalogue initiatives.

Previously at Apollo 247, I improved digital prescription workflows, launched clinical intelligence and patient CRM products, and built operational tools for doctors.
