What I'm looking for

I’m looking to work where product and engineering meet, turning complex capabilities into focused products with clear customer value. I’m drawn to deep problem-solving, end-to-end ownership, AI-native building, and teams that move quickly without building on untested assumptions.

I’m building and taking AI-native consumer products to market, including Cykajfotki.pl, Daily Journal, and Mo Money. I frame problem hypotheses, design systems, ship with coding agents, and own go-to-market end to end.

At Ocado Technology, I led the transformation of 40+ fragmented tools into an internal developer platform used by 300+ teams and handling 18M deployments annually. I led commercialisation into an enterprise product, shaped positioning and pricing, and managed 11 PMs, 3 Group PMs, and 6 designers and researchers.

I’ve also taken Quizzpy to a #1 category ranking, helped scale Answear.com across five European markets, and launched products spanning mobile, e-commerce, computer vision, and developer tooling. I care about demystifying assumptions, simplifying complex systems, and building foundations teams can rally behind.
