I’m a Sophos Technical Support Engineer with 3+ years of deploying, troubleshooting, and securing endpoints at enterprise scale. I work across Windows, macOS, and Linux, turning complex incidents into stable, compliant environments.

I’m deeply experienced in Sophos Central and MDR incident workflows, with strong diagnostics backed by log-based root-cause analysis.
