At Trend Micro, I troubleshoot complex enterprise cybersecurity product issues for customers across multiple countries.
I manage 50–60+ customer cases each month, analyzing agent, application, system, and product logs to isolate root causes and recommend practical remediation.
I investigate Linux and Windows Server environments, agent connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, proxies, firewalls, SSL/TLS certificates, performance, and security configuration issues. I use Python, Bash/Shell, PowerShell, SQL, REST APIs, curl, Wireshark, AWS, Azure, and VMware during technical investigations.
I work closely with Development and Engineering teams on escalations, providing logs, reproduction details, and structured RCA findings. My experience spans Deep Security, Trend Vision One, Apex One, Standard Endpoint Protection, Cloud One – Workload Security, and Server & Workload Protection.
