At Sophos Technologies Private Ltd., I investigate complex enterprise endpoint security issues across Sophos Central, Intercept X, EDR, XDR, MDR, Sophos Mobile, and Device Encryption. I work through security, performance, deployment, and integration cases with customers and global escalation teams.
I advise customers on product configuration, endpoint deployments, migrations, and integrations, and mentor L1 engineers, interns, and TAMs through case reviews, training, and triage. I also contribute to interview panels and team capability development.
Earlier, at WhiteHat Jr., I provided remote technical assistance to teachers using online classroom platforms. At Concentrix, I supported Dell Inspiron hardware and software, troubleshooting issues and arranging onsite service when required.
