What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Workday HCM techno-functional role where I can combine my HR operations experience with hands-on Workday configuration, supervisory organization setup, reporting, and HRIS administration.

At Countable, an AI-native SaaS platform for CPA firms, I manage end-to-end HR operations across HRIS administration, payroll, compensation cycles, performance management, and technical recruitment. I led a payroll transition to a new entity, maintain a multi-system HRIS stack, and reduced time-to-hire for technical roles by 25%.

Across JSW Paints, Raychem RPG, Gujarat Guardian, PODAR Education Network, CEAT Tyres, and Parallel HR Solutions, I’ve supported the full employee lifecycle in software, manufacturing, education, and recruiting environments. I’m now building on 10+ years of HR experience with Workday HCM tenant practice in supervisory organizations, staffing models, and organizational configuration.
