I’m an HR Manager with 3.6 years of progressive experience building and scaling the HR function from the ground up at a fast-growing tech startup. I grew people operations as headcount expanded from 35 to 150+ employees, leading a small team to run full-cycle HR across recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, performance management, and statutory compliance.

I’m known for end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, and for improving HR execution through HRIS transformation—migrating from Zoho to a customised platform and implementing Keka HR to reduce manual workload by ~40%.
