I am looking for HR or administrative roles in a growth-oriented company where I can apply recruiting and back-office skills, learn, and contribute measurable productivity.

I am an MBA student (Savitribai Phule Pune University) with hands-on HR experience from a postgraduate internship at Learnvoate and six months as a back-office executive at Cropdata Pvt. Ltd. I specialize in sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates and issuing offer letters, and I bring strong computer literacy including MS-CIT and Microsoft Office.

I have academic grounding in agriculture (BSc Agriculture) and a demonstrated commitment to learning and improvement, evidenced by high academic performance and the ability to pick up new skills quickly. My professional approach is determined, honest and hardworking, and I focus on delivering my best work.
