I'm looking to launch my HR career in a growth-focused organization where I can contribute to recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR operations while developing industry-ready HR skills.

I've supported HR documentation, employee record management, office administration, recruitment, and onboarding during my HR summer internship. I maintained and organized 200+ employee records with 100% accuracy and improved document retrieval through a structured filing system.

I'm completing an MBA in Human Resource Management and bring practical skills in MS Word, Excel, Tally ERP, HRMS basics, and AI-enabled ATS platforms. I'm eager to contribute organized, audit-ready HR support in a growth-focused organization.
