Himanshi Gupta

I’m an MBA student specializing in HR and Finance, with practical exposure through my CA internship. I bring strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR operations—including payroll and compliance—and an analytical mindset shaped by my finance background.

In my HR & Finance Intern role (July 2025–August 2025), I assisted with managing financial documentation and data organization. I also coordinated with team members to maintain accurate business records and supported reporting and documentation tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Currently, as an HR Executive at PAB Learn, Lead and Grow Pvt. Ltd. (Apr 2026–Present), I handle recruitment end-to-end activities like candidate screening and interview coordination. I manage employee records, onboarding, HR documentation, and HR databases, and I support employee engagement activities—focused on talent management and organizational growth.
