What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR/People Ops role where I can own end-to-end hiring and HR workflows, build scalable processes and SOPs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a results-driven HR professional with 3+ years of progressive experience across end-to-end recruitment, background verification, HR operations, and people operations. I’m known for taking initiative, building processes from scratch, and staying effective under high-pressure, high-volume conditions.

In my most recent role, I owned the full recruitment lifecycle on Dayforce HCM—handling configuration, workflow setup, and ongoing process management. I created recruiter guides and SOPs to ensure smooth knowledge transfer, while keeping recruitment modules audit-ready through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Earlier, I streamlined background verification workflows for US-based clients by identifying process gaps, redesigning workflows, and training team members on new and existing procedures. I also stepped beyond scope—supporting biometric enrollment, Day 1 onboarding walkthroughs, office engagement, and payroll-adjacent attendance/absence tracking—because I’m at my best when I can solve problems end-to-end.
