I’m looking for an HR & operations role where I can drive SOP-led process excellence, manage HRIS and payroll coordination, and use MIS reporting/workforce analytics to improve compliance, accuracy, and service quality—while growing with a process-focused team.

I’m an HR & Operations professional with experience executing end-to-end HR operations in corporate environments, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding & offboarding, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. I ensure accurate, process-driven delivery aligned with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and TAT targets, while maintaining strong data confidentiality and audit readiness.

Across roles as HR Executive and HR Admin, I’ve owned MIS reporting and workforce analytics, supported ERP-based record maintenance, and driven continuous improvement through process optimization and root cause analysis (RCA).
