At ROSEN, I supported HR operations across South America, handling complex cases such as international transfers and compliance-driven contracts. I partnered with payroll, total rewards, immigration, and external vendors to coordinate sensitive employee transactions.

I also carried out full-cycle talent acquisition across LATAM and supported regional talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and annual compensation reviews. I led onboarding and managed learning programs, using reports to assess engagement and learning effectiveness.

At SC Johnson, I delivered employee lifecycle support for multi-country LATAM populations and recruited across business divisions and seniority levels. I also managed a team based in Buenos Aires and supported young talent programs and inclusion and diversity initiatives.

Earlier, at Brunel, I recruited for Oil and Gas, Energy, and Services roles, while at FRONERI I helped structure recruitment during the company’s start-up phase in Brazil. My background also includes recruitment for the Rio 2016 project at ManpowerGroup and HRBP work at GL events.
