Over the past several years, I have honed my skills as a Claim Specialist at Alorica Teleservices, where I managed eligibility, benefits, claims, billing, and enrollment processes. My role also involved acting as an Escalation Representative, where I handled supervisor calls and contributed to training new team members.

Most recently, I worked with Google Fi - Accenture, where I provided technical support and troubleshooting for clients experiencing service issues. My promotion to Subject Expert allowed me to monitor team performance, conduct QA audits, and ensure that KPIs were consistently met.
