What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support or e-commerce role where I can communicate with customers, manage Shopify and digital operations, use AI tools to improve workflows, and work independently in an organised, fast-paced environment.

I've supported international students remotely at Twenix since 2022, adapting communication to individual needs, resolving scheduling and basic technical issues, and maintaining accurate digital records.

At ElyxEssentials, I support Shopify e-commerce operations by responding to product and order enquiries, updating customer and product information, and resolving issues through digital channels. I use AI-assisted tools to strengthen written communication and streamline administrative workflows.

My background as a CIDESCO-trained medical skin aesthetician strengthened my client consultation, product recommendation, recordkeeping, and long-term customer relationship skills. I work independently and bring careful, service-focused communication to fast-paced remote environments.
