What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead global delivery and customer success work, improve processes, and own enterprise onboarding, NPS, and migrations—collaborating with cross-cultural teams to drive measurable results.

I’m a project and account management professional with 15 years of experience, focused on establishing and growing account/project management practices that consistently deliver high-value outcomes for top-tier clients. I’m known for leading and managing teams remotely across time zones, primarily within EMEA, while working smoothly with global, multi-cultural stakeholders.

In my recent role, I provided technical support and customer success for U-label by Scantrust, including enterprise client onboarding and training, and the creation and maintenance of help centre articles. I helped drive a migration from U-label to U-label by Scantrust, managed transition documentation and articles, and improved customer experience through customer satisfaction surveys and NPS tracking—while also improving automation of updates across supported languages.

Earlier, as a Project Manager for MullenLowe Profero (MLP International Development Center) and in multiple leadership roles including Project Management & Delivery and Group Account Director, I managed EMEA-based projects for brands such as Diageo’s Johnnie Walker, Gordon’s Gin, and Guinness. I also led a team of 8 project managers, overseeing client communication, project approvals, resource allocation, and timelines—while optimizing delivery processes, standardizing templates and procedures, and strengthening client relationships through clear, timely status updates.
