I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve inquiries, communicate professionally, and keep accurate records. I want a team that values service quality, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

I’m a customer-focused Customer Service Representative, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through clear communication, active listening, and fast, professional issue resolution.

In my recent role, I addressed customer inquiries, resolved concerns, and helped maintain satisfaction while keeping accurate product, inventory, and transaction records. I also prepared and maintained detailed client and sales reports to ensure organized, reliable data for daily operations.

As a Head Waiter at Grace's Best Delicacies, I managed customer orders in a fast-paced environment, handled concerns effectively, and maintained accurate cash transaction records and payment processing. I supported service quality and trained new staff on customer service standards.

Earlier, as a Full-Time Missionary & Trainer, I strengthened my interpersonal and communication skills, led one-on-one coaching, and trained newly assigned missionaries.
