I'm looking for a remote customer support role where I can resolve customer concerns across multiple channels, use CRM and ticketing tools, collaborate with teams on escalations, and improve customer experience.

I’m a customer service professional with 4+ years of experience helping customers, resolving issues, managing enquiries, and creating positive experiences across remote work environments. I’m known for being patient, organized, attentive to detail, and able to communicate clearly even when handling challenging situations.

Beyond customer support, I’m continuously developing my skills in CRM tools, Google Workspace, digital marketing, AI tools, and automation. I enjoy learning new systems, finding better ways to work, and using technology to make everyday tasks more efficient.
