At ShopSe, I managed sales and support operations for 236+ B2B merchants, led a team of 10, and coordinated onboarding with lending and EMI partners including Fibe, Zype, and LazyPay. I improved lead-to-sale conversion, addressed payment failures, and handled escalations to strengthen retention and partner trust.

At Call 2 Connect, I helped scale Reliance General Insurance sales from ₹25–30 Lakh to approximately ₹6 Crore monthly within six months across Health and Motor portfolios. At Policybazaar, I scaled a cross-selling pilot from ₹30 Lakh to ₹4 Crore in six months and led multilingual operations serving customers in seven regional languages.
