Prathna Vatsalya

I’m an Education Counselor and customer-support professional who blends patience, empathy, and clear communication to guide people through important decisions. At Angel's High School, I provided counseling support to parents/guardians, maintained records and case studies, and helped track student progress through regular assessments.

Previously, I worked as a Process Associate with Air India Priority Connect through Praxis, handling client support for Priority members. I used Amadeus and GDS for customer handling, supported service operations, and worked with Maharaja Club CRM while applying strong communication and data analysis to improve outcomes.

I also bring a wellness-first perspective from my work as a Yoga Therapist and my certifications in Yoga and Ayurveda. With strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), basic programming (Python, HTML), and multilingual communication, I’m excited to contribute to an organization as a Counselor, HR Executive, or Assistant—helping drive efficiency and build positive stakeholder relationships.
