I’m an Academic Counsellor and Customer Support Associate who builds trust through clear communication, active listening, and calm problem-solving. I enjoy turning complex concerns into straightforward next steps for students, parents, and customers.

In my Academic Counsellor role, I conduct counseling sessions to understand student needs and career goals. I communicate effectively with students and parents, coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and admissions, and maintain accurate documentation while handling confidential data.

Previously, as a Customer Support Associate, I managed 90+ customer interactions daily via calls and chats. I resolved complaints, handled conflict situations, ensured SLA compliance through CRM record maintenance, and supported advanced escalations to drive timely, high-satisfaction outcomes.

I’m also completing an MBA with specialization in HR & Finance, strengthening how I approach people, processes, and performance. My professional ethos is simple: stay responsive, stay organized, and use interpersonal skills to consistently improve experience and results.
