What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead growth, subscription, CRM, customer experience, and AI transformation for high-scale consumer businesses, partnering with executive teams to improve acquisition, retention, monetization, operational efficiency, and customer profitability.

At Gaana within ENIL (Mirchi), I lead end-to-end growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, renewals, subscriptions, CRM, and customer support for a platform serving 30–35 million monthly active users and approximately 3 million subscribers.

I own P&L-linked growth initiatives for an approximately ₹80 Cr annual recurring revenue subscription business. My integrated acquisition, retention, pricing, segmentation, and lifecycle programs delivered 38% paid-subscription growth, improved renewals by 8–9%, and reduced churn by 6–7%.

I lead AI transformation across Growth, CRM, and Customer Support, deploying ChatGPT, voicebots, and generative AI workflows. These initiatives reduced performance-marketing manual effort by about 60%, support tickets by 10%, and creative production costs by up to 90%.

Previously, I led SEO and audience growth at Hindustan Times and digital growth across The Quint, Hindi Quint, BloombergQuint, and Quint FIT.
