At AVA Business Consulting & Risk Management LLP, I executed operational and process audits across automobile dealerships, reviewing SOPs, controls and operating processes. I documented gaps and exceptions and supported corrective-action tracking.

Working across Mahindra, Hyundai, Tata Motors Commercial, MG Motors and Skoda dealership environments gave me practical understanding of frontline operations. I prepared audit reports and shared findings with dealership stakeholders to support process discipline and consistency.

I independently designed and built ORYNT, an automotive dealership marketing intelligence workbench that turns scattered signals into evidence-backed opportunities, briefs, approvals, execution records and proof. Its workflow includes human approval and verification rather than treating AI as a standalone chatbot or dashboard.

I built and deployed ORYNT using a modern web stack with Supabase-backed data and access controls, and created a synthetic dealership workspace for portfolio demonstration. Earlier, as a Team Leader at Shiva Mahindra and Hyundai Mumbai, I led teams and monitored day-to-day workflow and KPIs.
