I've led data operations at Wewino, an offshore data services partner supporting Vivino in Copenhagen, since 2013. I oversee high-volume data entry, research, catalog cleansing, duplicate resolution, image updates, and label matching for a global database.

I manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 matching, verify winery details, conduct quality audits, and resolve Level 2 merchant and consumer escalations. My focus is maintaining data integrity and meeting strict SLA and quality standards.

I lead daily task allocation, queue management, SLA monitoring, and performance evaluation for teams of 8–10 associates within a 40+ member operations unit. I've also onboarded new hires, delivered workflow training, and maintained operational dashboards in Google Sheets and Slack.

Earlier, I supported telecom documentation and audit workflows at iSolve Technologies, led consumer-product data entry operations at Millet-Field Technologies, and worked as a Service Advisor at Anaamalais Toyota. I'm currently serving my notice period and available immediately.
