At CMEx Management, supporting Mercedes-Benz R&D India, I keep an enterprise IBM ELM/CLM platform running for engineering teams managing requirements, change, and quality.

I support 20+ applications for 300+ users across Germany, China, and India, resolving 40+ incidents monthly while maintaining 98% SLA compliance. I manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request workflows in ServiceNow and contribute to P1/Major Incident calls, troubleshooting and stakeholder updates.

I work hands-on with Linux, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Instana, and Grafana to monitor health, investigate logs, run deployments, validate pipelines, and complete smoke testing. I have also contributed to on-premises-to-Azure and Azure-to-AWS migrations, including file movement, permissions, platform comparison, cut-over, and post-migration validation.

As the point of contact for monthly global training, I prepare virtual machines, training data, and dry runs for users in Germany. I also document RCA findings, train new joiners, and present weekly application trends and risks to management.
