I am an L2 Production/Application Support Engineer with almost 4 years of hands-on experience supporting Java-based enterprise applications in banking and automotive domains. I focus on maintaining 24/7 availability, proactive performance monitoring, and rapid incident resolution.
At Cognizant I supported 10+ banking applications including AML and EFRM systems, handled P1/P2 incidents, led deployments, managed SSL renewals and patching, and participated in DR drills to ensure resilience. I consistently adhered to SLAs and participated in CAB meetings to minimize production risk.
