At Red Lane Technologies Inc., I provide remote IT support and infrastructure administration across enterprise and government client environments. I administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure Entra ID, including licensing, MFA, SSO, and user lifecycle processes.

I develop N-able automation scripts to deploy backup and EDR agents and automate recurring remediation tasks. I also manage SentinelOne endpoint security incidents and Cove Data Protection backup operations, including restore validation and disaster recovery activities.
