I'm looking to lead operational improvement, digital transformation, governance, and client-service initiatives where I can improve processes, controls, customer experience, and performance.

I'm Head of Client Administration for Private Clients at Old Mutual Wealth, where I lead operational improvement projects, client servicing, complaints management, governance, and compliance.

I drive operational excellence through process and systems optimization, efficiency metrics, dashboards, controls, and automation opportunities. I also manage regulatory implementation, client onboarding and due diligence, and relationships with third-party investment companies.

Across Old Mutual, I have led business performance, corporate client servicing, project management, and procurement operations initiatives.
